The Band 1 vocabulary belongs to a designation made by the CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference. This vocabulary is included in a group called A-1 (Basic User 1). It also includes some words from the pre-basic user list (A-1). Target Population: Word Power Band 1 Part 1 has been written for pupils in the elementary school level, grades 5-6, Foundation Level.
